How do i place an order?
To place your order:
1. Add the desired item and quantity to your cart.
2. Click the shopping cart icon.
3. Review your order and click "CHECKOUT".
4. Checkout as Guest or Sign In to place the order.
5. Confirm your order details, click "PLACE ORDER".
Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment, there is a limited timeframe for order cancellations.
Ready-Made Items: Kindly submit your cancellation request within 1 hour of placing the order on the order details page.
Can I return an item?
All of our products are made in China, and ship by DHL globally. You will receive the product(s) within 7-15 business days. All packages are insured with no worries, only exchanges are accepted. Don't accept return.
Can i return a custom-made hanfu？
Unfortunately custom-made dresses are non-returnable and non-refundable. These dresses are tailor made to your exact specifications therefore they cannot be resold.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept payment via all major Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal.
